Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Method: Heavy equipment and machinery are shipped via LTL Freight.

Estimated Delivery: For large machinery, please allow 10-15 business days for delivery.

Freight Delivery: Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the means to unload heavy equipment (e.g., forklift or loading dock). If a liftgate is required for residential delivery, please contact us.

Inspection: Please inspect all equipment upon arrival and note any damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves.
