3. Artículos dañados o defectuosos

¿Recibiste algo roto o que no funciona correctamente? Contáctanos dentro de los 30 días. Te proporcionaremos una etiqueta de devolución prepagada y, una vez que el artículo sea devuelto e inspeccionado, emitiremos un reembolso completo o un reemplazo, incluidos los costos de envío originales.

4. ¿Cambiaste de opinión?

Si ya no quieres el artículo, puedes devolverlo dentro de los 30 días, siempre y cuando esté sin usar, en su embalaje original y en condiciones de ser revendido. Deberás encargarte del envío de devolución, y una vez que lo recibamos e inspeccionemos, te reembolsaremos el costo del producto (excluyendo el envío).

5. Procesamiento de reembolso

Una vez que recibamos y aprobemos tu devolución, te enviaremos un correo electrónico de confirmación y emitiremos un reembolso a tu método de pago original dentro de los 7 días hábiles. Por favor, permite tiempo adicional para que los bancos o las compañías de tarjetas de crédito procesen y reflejen el reembolso.

6. Tasas de reabastecimiento

Who builds it
